Yes, we offer reasonable rates for international shipping. We do recommend you check your countries import regulations on custom clearances and fees that you may be responsible for. Shipping times on average are 10 to 21 business days

We ship orders usually within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of being placed. For example, if

How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

How do refunds works?
Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.

Like it. Had to get a 14mm female to 14mm female adapter to put on an Invincibowl. Perhaps make the bowl attachment female instead of male?
Really happy with my bong. It’s really nice and great quality. The only complaint i have is that the base of the bong is rounded so it doesn’t really lay flat on any flat surface. It rocks a bit which scares me as a klutz lol. I wasn’t really satisfied with the surprise mystery bowl that I added on at the end of my purchase, but they told me I could exchange it if it was unused, which it was, they allowed me to exchange it for a piece that was the same price.
