How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.
If you can't wait to get your piece we do offer paid expedited shipping options through UPS & USPS.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we offer reasonable rates for international shipping. We do recommend you check your countries import regulations on custom clearances and fees that you may be responsible for. Shipping times on average are 10 to 21 business days
How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship orders usually within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of being placed. For example, if

We offer free US standard shipping, which typically takes 3-6 business days. If you need your order sooner, you can select an expedited shipping option, which usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on the destination.

How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

How do refunds works?
Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.

Best Little Bubbler
I love the Hourglass Pocket Bubbler! It is the perfect size if you are a new smoker and want a little bong hit that still packs a punch. It is super easy to clean. The first one I ordered had a little hole in the bottom, so I contacted Customer Service and they were so nice about it and sent me a replacement right away. I will definitely be purchasing from Fat Buddha Glass again!

Hourglass pocket bubbler
I was excited to get this. I got it for my sister and yes it adorable n-all but I honestly thought it was like two inches bigger all around. I saw a review (somewhere, I can’t find it now) and a guy was holding the bubbler to show how big/ tiny it is in his hands. When mine came in the mail I was so confused when I saw the box. I thought it was perfume or something along those lines, but then I saw the word bubbler on the box. My sister and I had a chuckle but then when we opened it we still liked it. Even though it’s super small it’s travel size and that’s basically what she wished for. Im a small gal with raccoon size hands and it fits perfectly 😜 I’ll show a picture for reference. All n all we’re keeping it. Haven’t smoked out of it yet bur I’m sure it still hits well. I recommend for sure but it is super small!

A little smaller than I thought, but still so beautiful and adorable and well-made. I think something about it being small or maybe the size of the opening makes it hit super hard, but can be managed with burning less
