How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.

WOW!! I was not expecting this to be the mystery piece in my 1st Nirvana Box. Seriously thick glass with fantastic action. I added a sidecar ash catcher to get the bowl further away from the belly-long beard. Get one for yourself, or take your chance with a mystery box. Either way, you're going to like what you get.

I'll be honest, I didn't know what to expect, so I had to get it to see. I will say this... This is some serious thick and sturdy glass! Heavy duty and awesome. Anyone who may be clumsy, no worries, this will survive! The hits are smooth, clean, and with the turbine percolator, they are well balanced and can hit hard! The turbine makes the water spin so perfect and just watching that with the smoke intertwined, makes everyone comment on it for a second time! The first obviously is the perfect, clean, and very unique look overall from top to bottom. The case it comes with is a very nice hard case that is spacious for other things to carry all at once. Just zip it up, and go, then watch all your friends eyes widen with an array of comments on how badass a piece this is. I'm really glad I bought this piece. It's a great one to add to your collection.
