How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.
If you can't wait to get your piece we do offer paid expedited shipping options through UPS & USPS.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we offer reasonable rates for international shipping. We do recommend you check your countries import regulations on custom clearances and fees that you may be responsible for.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship orders within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of being placed. For example, if you order on a Tuesday your item will ship by Wednesday but if you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped by Monday. We have free standard shipping which is 3-6 business days or you can choose an expedited shipping option which usually is 2-4 business days depending on where the package is being shipped to.
How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged or incorrect item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

Yes, we offer returns on any unused item within 30 days of purchase. *
Who pays the return shipping?
For US orders we now offer FREE return shipping! For international orders you'll need to pay for the return shipping.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
How do refunds works?
Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.
