How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

How do refunds works?
Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.

was super worried about the shipping, as you know, the postal service is like a combination of soccer, football, baseball, and basketball—all in one. They kick and throw your packages around like it's the playoffs or the Super Bowl. However, I was extremely happy and thankful for the care and time put into wrapping my order. The final product was just amazing! It has a very smooth hit and holds a great amount in the bowl. You could even babysit the bowl for the night, depending on your tolerance level. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and product. I’ve paid way more for pipes that arrived broken with little to no protection, then had to wait another week for it to come, only to be disappointed with the product itself. I never shopped with that company again, but I think Fat Buddha is now my new and only place to shop—and the place I’ll recommend to everyone. PS: I NEVER, EVER leave reviews! also the package is discreet for those that are worried about it no branding on the outside another plus
