How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

I'm thoroughly enjoying using this pipe. The fluid shape is pleasing. The internal composition and its eventual transformation has been most enjoyable to view. I must include that the glass is quite slick and so I would suggest roughing up or texturizing certain areas where a person would hold or pick up the item. With this pipe I would suggest under each knob on the bowl area and along the stem a textured area on either side of the bulbous part of the stem.
