Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know! We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of purchase and will issue a full refund or give you a credit towards another item. We offer free returns on US orders.

We accept returns on unused items up to 30 days after purchase. We do not accept any returns on used products, subscription boxes or mystery boxes. Even if you only used it once and cleaned it, we cannot accept it back. There are no exceptions to this rule - it's against federal law. If we receive a used item back we will not issue a refund or reship it. We do not offer returns on replacement or exchanged items.

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify customer service that you'd like to file a return within 30 DAYS of purchase. For US orders we will issue you a prepaid return label, so all you have to do is hand the package to your mail person or drop it off at the nearest USPS location.

We will issue you a 100% refund to your original payment form or give you a credit towards another item. We do not charge any restocking fees. Any shipping fees from original order (for example expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. The product MUST be unused.
2. We must receive the item within 14 days of return label being issued.
3. Shipping, signature, and rush processing fees are non-refundable.
4. We will refund the original payment used on the purchase.
