How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.

If you can't wait to get your piece we do offer paid expedited shipping options through UPS & USPS.

Do you ship international?  

Yes, we offer reasonable rates for international shipping. We do recommend you check your countries import regulations on custom clearances and fees that you may be responsible for. Shipping times on average are 10 to 21 business days

How long will it take to ship my order?

We ship orders usually within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of being placed. For example, if 

We process and ship orders within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) after they are placed. For example:

  • Orders placed on a Tuesday will ship by Wednesday.
  • Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship by the following Monday.

We offer free US standard shipping, which typically takes 3-6 business days*. If you need your order sooner, you can select an expedited shipping option, which usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on the destination.

*Shipping times to Hawaii and Alaska may be longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen issues.

How do you packages items?

We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts. 

What happens if an item is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately.  We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.

What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you once the package is received back at our facility to confirm the correct address.

  • U.S. Orders: We will make one additional attempt to reship the order at no additional cost. If the order is returned a second time due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs. If a refund is requested, the shipping charges from all previous shipment attempts will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to resend the order if it is returned due to an incorrect address.
