The CVault Storage Container is a humidor constructed of a premium food grade stainless steel and is both airtight and impenetrable by light. This durable humidor container is exactly what your customers need to keep their favorite product fresh and tasty. These lightweight canisters are also stackable and features a tight-fitting reliable silicone seal that locks in and ensures long lasting flavor. These lids can even be labeled with non-permanent marker. Depending on the storage can size C Vaults are specifically designed to hold the perfectly sized Boveda 62% Humidity Control Pack. Each CVault canister comes with a correctly matched size Boveda humidipack.

The Boveda 62% Humidity Control Pack is a functional and safe way for customers to keep their herb fresh and tasty. These environmentally friendly humidipak packs can even be used to help restore dried out product. The 2-way FDA approved technology will stabilize humidity within 48 hours. For best results, Boveda packs should be kept in closed, air tight containers like the CVault

The 4, 8 and 67 gram Boveda packs are scaled to fit all of the CVault sizes. These packs provide clean and pure humidification, exceeding all other products available on the market today. Boveda packs are made of a simple solution of pure water and natural salt. This mix is packaged in a water-vapor permeable or "reverse osmosis" membrane. Humidipacks are intended to be used within sealed containers with fresh herb. The Boveda pack will maintain a specific level of humidity by releasing or absorbing (two way osmosis) moisture into the sealed container.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.If you can't wait to get your piece we do offer paid expedited shipping options through UPS & USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship international. Shipping rates depend on location and size of the package. There may be additional customs fees that you'll have to pay based on the receiving countries guidelines. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure items will clear your countries customs. We are not responsible for any packages that do not clear customs and we will not issue refunds unless the packages are sent back to us..How long will it take to ship my order? We ship orders within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of being placed. For example, if you order on a Tuesday your item will ship by Wednesday but if you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped by Monday.

How do you package items?

We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts in discreet boxes.

What happens if an item is damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately.  We may ask for the damaged or incorrect item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.

What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?

We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

We offer returns on any unused item within 30 days of purchase. For US orders we offer FREE return shipping!

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.
