How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.
If you can't wait to get your piece we do offer paid expedited shipping options through UPS & USPS.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we offer reasonable rates for international shipping. We do recommend you check your countries import regulations on custom clearances and fees that you may be responsible for. Shipping times on average are 10 to 21 business days
How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship orders usually within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of being placed. For example, if

We offer free US standard shipping, which typically takes 3-6 business days. If you need your order sooner, you can select an expedited shipping option, which usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on the destination.

How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

How do refunds works?
Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.

Okay so I let the Torch sit with the gas in it for a week and that made it sputter much less and on second glance of the paint job it isn't fading out where I thought it was. Still sputters a little still turns into a flamethrower at looooow settings otherwise not bad
Awesome torch
First of all, the torch looks amazing. Unfortunately, the barrel of the torch is kinda crooked. I ordered this torch twice. This first time I was sent the wrong torch. I've gone back to using that one for now. I will contact the manufacturer, but it's little frustrating because the glass dropdown adapter I ordered was also crooked and needed replacing. It almost feels like I'm being trolled but I'm probably just being paranoid. haha 👀
Low quality
Feel super cheap, flame sputters an spits even at low settings, gold paint already chipping off, does the job though but at this price you could get a quality Torch
