What Is a Water Pipe?

They are a device used to cool and clean the smoke from cannabis, allowing you to inhale a smoother hit. Everyone will have a bowl that holds the cannabis, a downstem to carry the smoke into the water in the base then through, and a mouthpiece for the user to finally inhale it.
