Yes, we offer reasonable rates for international shipping. We do recommend you check your countries import regulations on custom clearances and fees that you may be responsible for. Shipping times on average are 10 to 21 business days

We ship orders usually within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of being placed. For example, if

How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

How do refunds works?
Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.

So well made
The pipe took a while to get here but it was worth it! This pipe is very high quality and super sturdy. Not thin at all.
The screen kind of just works
What does a screen do? Prevents too much plant(or any) material from sinking your mouth on the draw and serves to widen the distribution of airflow. And this little basket bowl does exactly that. You could throw down a regular screen on the bottom if you wanted to..... But I honestly don't feel the need. This thing is as rippy as it is pretty. My carb seemed to be on the larger side so hopefully that's pretty standard in this piece cause this is just about the coolest price of glass I think I own..... Next to the FBG Z neck
