How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.
If you can't wait to get your piece we do offer paid expedited shipping options through UPS & USPS.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we offer reasonable rates for international shipping. We do recommend you check your countries import regulations on custom clearances and fees that you may be responsible for. Shipping times on average are 10 to 21 business days
How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship orders usually within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of being placed. For example, if

We offer free US standard shipping, which typically takes 3-6 business days. If you need your order sooner, you can select an expedited shipping option, which usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on the destination.

How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

How do refunds works?
Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.

Recently purchased a Gandalf from Fat Buddha. Good price, great quality. My new favorite small bowl pipe. The long stem gives the smoke plenty of time to cool when compared to a hit from a spoon bowl or a one-hitter. Oh so refined.

This pipe is my new favorite. I haven't broken it yet and I can be clumsy. I was worried about the long stem but it seems really well made and lightweight. It smokes like a dream.
Broken Pipe
I love your store, and have bought again the same pipe, as it is fabulous; except these GAV, pipes seem to break in the bowel at the center. The first now two years old has worked fine with a much bigger screen. The one recently bought, a much lighter pipe, broken and is unusable now, it was purchased on 7/30, I'm no novice to pipe use been using since 1963, your pipes work well, cool the smoke and have an easy draw, but the center of the bowl seems weak and break easy, NOT disappointed just want it to work as should. I'm 72, and my body has been beaten up in rice paddies, got off 200 MG morphine day after 2 decades, now just me and my pipe, but they break easily, they are what I have been looking for for years, and you need to inform GAV, as I have done also, but it seems to be dragging your name down, and this I won't stand for, as FAT Buddah and I go way back, even before our relationship, YES I shall buy from you again as you have been good to me and Buddah keeps me smiling, YOU HAVE WHAT I WANT, only need to get GAV making stronger bowels centers if possible, I would like consideration with the replacing my new bowel though, MY PIPES mean much to me and I don't buy on whims I buy for the pleasure the pipe delivers, and this pipe delivers well, MY friends and relatives all have bought them, theirs seem made of corning mine of China glass, YOU can publish if you wish but FAT BUDDAH is my store and I thank You all for your service. NO going back to mortar shells, apple cores, beer cans or even rolling. ITS FAT BUDDAH FOR ME, til I DIE, this old MARINE knows when he has a good thing, and uses it til the end.
