Do you ship international? Yes, we offer reasonable rates for international shipping. We do recommend you check your countries import regulations on custom clearances and fees that you may be responsible for.
How long will it take to ship my order? We ship orders within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of being placed. For example, if you order on a Tuesday your item will ship by Wednesday but if you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped by Monday.
How do you packages items? We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged or incorrect? If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged or incorrect item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
