How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

How do refunds works?
Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.

Mustaches beware.
Another great hitting pipe; however, the bowl is positioned slightly in back of the flame. This is a potential hazard to mustaches. Otherwise a great smoking pipe
No mustaches allowed
Great hitter; however I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with a mustache as the design puts the bowl very close to the face. A few degrees of lean of the mouthpiece would help. That said, it is another quality pipe from Fat Buddha.

This product arrived ******, was wrapped beautifuly, and is just a beautiful art piece of glass that is also functional. It is small but it is supposed to be small. We will use it for many years.
