We offer free standard shipping on all US orders including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.

Yes, we offer reasonable rates for international shipping. We do recommend you check your countries import regulations on custom clearances and fees that you may be responsible for. Shipping times on average are 10 to 21 business days
How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship orders usually within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of being placed. For example, if

How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

How do refunds works?
Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.

Sent the wrong color
I ordered the tan one but was sent a pink one. The bowl is small and doesn’t hold much, but I replaced it with a bigger bowl. I like that I can easily put an ice cube in.
Grogu Rocks!
Awesome little hitter in a cute little package! Grogu's head comes off to allow you to fill or clean with ease. He holds a surprising amout on water for such a little fella! The opening is also wide enough to accomodate an ice cube or three, if you're so inclined. The downspout is pretty cleverly designed, arcing down to the bottom of the water chamber, which means you need less water for a clean hit. That also means no splash into your mouth. Sweet! The bowl is glass with a series of holes to keep the ash in the bowl. This means that you have to dump the bowl to get the ash out. This can be accomplished by pulling the bowl out from Grogu's body. The contours of the chamber mean that it is a bit more difficult to clean than a smooth-sided bong, but there won't be as much buildup because the bowl traps most of the solids. This also leads to my only complaint with this bong. The tiny silicone catch is not very sturdy and I fear I will rip it off any time I pull the bowl and downspout out to clean them, which is why I just dump the water when I dump the ash.
