What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
We'll reach out to you after we've received the order and ask for your correct address. For US orders we'll make one more attempt to ship it to you at no additional cost. If we resend we can not offer free returns. For international order you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend it.

It's a great bong, the only thing that's a drag is that it is very tall, so you have to sit up tall to hit it. That being said I like to kick back in bed and smoke while watching TV, but this is not the bong for that, it's better in the living room/ kitchen type area where your already sitting up straight, so I got a hammer bubbler for in the bedroom. It cleans up very nicely, and the glass is definitely thick! It's pretty heavy, heavier than I expected. Definitely would recommend this bong to anyone looking for a very thick, almost indestructible bong!
