How do you packages items?
We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe and sound. We use bubble wrap and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged just take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at Support@FatBud.com. We'll send you a replacement immediately. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we'll email you a pre-paid return label.
What happens if I entered the wrong address and the order was sent back to you?
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you once the package is received back at our facility to confirm the correct address.

U.S. Orders: We will make one additional attempt to reship the order at no additional cost. If the order is returned a second time due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs. If a refund is requested, the shipping charges from all previous shipment attempts will be deducted from the refund amount.

How do refunds works?
Refunds are on the cost of the item (no expedited shipping you selected at purchase is refundable) and can be issued in the form of store credit or be put back on your credit card, whichever option you prefer. Once you start the return process we'll email you a return label.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive the returned item we'll issue a refund or credit within 1-2 business days. If you opted for a refund your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to put the money back in your account.
