From classic spoon pipes to intricate sandblasted designs, find the perfect piece for your style and budget.
When it comes to portability and convenience, glass pipes are the ideal smoking device. Commonly known by nicknames like glass hand pipes, weed bowls or weed pipes, these unique smoking tools are designed to give you nice, smooth hits of your chosen product within seconds. All you have to do is load up your smoking glass pipe, light up, and inhale.
Glass smoking pipes are one of the most popular ways to smoke cannabis. At Fat Buddha, we offer quality, affordable, hand-blown glass pipes in a variety of shapes and colors. Whether shopping for yourself or looking for a gift, we have something that you’ll be stoked to purchase.
Smoking pipes can be used with all kinds of products. When you’re in need of a good glass pipe for any kind of herbal mixture, these cannabis pipes will come in handy. Our collection contains unique pipes, all perfect for your next hit.
Unlike bongs or dab rigs, glass hand pipes can be taken just about anywhere (though you should check with local rules and regulations before bringing them along). Their compact design can easily fit in a pocket or bag, making them perfect for an on-the-go smoke sesh.
Light up a glass piece on a nature walk or before a concert. The ability to pack a glass smoking pipe with you, or even to put it in your pocket when you go somewhere, is a level of convenience that you won't find with many marijuana smoking accessories.
Heat Resistant
Glass smoking pipes are superior to metal, wood, or stone in their ability to withstand heat. If you’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of accidentally touching the blazing hot glass bowl of a pipe, you know that’s important. The glass also won’t be damaged by any sort of burns caused by your lighter. Overheated pipes can result in injury, so prioritize safety with thick glass pipes.
Hand-Crafted
An immense amount of work and care goes into every item in our collection. Hand-crafted glasswork is an art, and we take pride in each of our creations.
The superior quality of our thick glass pipes is unmatched by factory-made pipes, which tend to break more easily than hand-made pipes and are more prone to errors like air bubbles and fractures. They tend to break easily, don’t work as well, and just feel cheap — but not ours! All Fat Buddha Glass smoking pipes are handcrafted from the start to be the best.
Easy to use
Glass hand pipes are extremely user friendly because of the simple design that requires little effort with an immediate effect. Thus, making them a favored option for smoking cannabis, particularly for those seeking a direct approach with little hassle as possible.

Types of Weed Pipes
Glass pipes are a category of their own, consisting of a variety of types. Each person has their own preference when it comes to the sort of glass herb pipe they prefer, based on varying factors like size and shape.
At Fat Buddha glass, we proudly carry most of the different styles of pipes and glass bowls for sale. We want you to be able to choose a pipe that you instantly have a connection with. When you find the right style of pipe for you, your odds of keeping that pipe safe and clean for many years increases significantly.
Glass spoon pipes are one of the most popular models and are what the average person likely thinks of when they imagine a glass pipe. A glass spoon pipe has a thick, straight body and a compact design with a bowl at the end. A spoon pipe is usually very discreet and perfect for an on the go session.
Mimicking a traditional pipe, the glass Sherlock pipes are slanted from the mouthpiece to the bowl, giving them a sophisticated appearance. A glass sherlock pipe is one of our favorites because they are very comfortable to hold while smoking, deliver nice sized hits and look very classy.
Glass Gandalf pipes have a thin, elongated body and tend to have a slight downturned curve, allowing the user to watch the bowl of their pipe as they blaze. The name is derived from the famous Lord of the Rings wizard. The long glass neck cools the smoke for a longer amount of time, producing cool and smooth puffs.
One hitter pipes are small pipes perfect for those quick smoking sessions or if you just want a little hit of marijuana. These are great for smoking stoners on the go or those without a high marijuana tolerance.
The main benefit of chillum pipes is that they provide a cleaner hit by filtering out debris and directing more smoke into the lungs. It cools down the smoke in its chamber immediately for a chilled inhale.
A steamroller pipe usually has a straight, tube-like build with a bowl attached on top of it. The carb is on the end of the pipe rather than the side of the bowl like most herb pipes. It’s a simple way of smoking and functions much like a horizontal bong but without water.
We carry unique pipes for smoking weed that will be a conversation starter at any gathering. It’s hard to come by herb pipes as cool as these.
The amount of options we have when it comes to color, size, and style in our hand pipe collection is honestly a little jaw-dropping. The more options you have, the more likely you are to find that special pipe that is perfect for you.
At Fat Buddha Glass, we have a variety of themed pipes suited to any person’s interests. For nature lovers, gamers, foodies, and everyone in between, our novelty themed pipes offer a unique way to show your personality during your smoking sessions.
Freeze pipes are made to be able to be placed in freezers for a smooth, icy hit, which make the roughness of smoking a herb pipe hit much more soothing.
Our color-changing pipes use traces of metal to change colors when used to heat cannabis. The resin interacts with the metal and transforms the glass pipe with use. Color changes are amusing to anyone, but especially to someone who’s been smoking.
A bubbler is a sort of cross between bongs and regular glass weed pipes. Like a bong, they use water and come in a variety of shapes. Some are built for smoking concentrates and oils rather than buds. Hits from a bubbler are larger than most pipes and also easier on the throat.

Anatomy of a Pipe for Weed
Glass hand pipes are comprised of several different parts:
Mouthpiece: The mouthpiece is where all of the magic happens. It’s where you put your lips up, to inhale all of that tasty smoke. The size and how your mouthpiece is shaped will determine how comfortable of a connection your mouth will have with this piece. The differences aren’t huge, but it is good to pay attention to the subtle distinctions so you can figure out the perfect glass pipe for you.
Smoking Bowl: The bowl is where the ground bud is placed and ready for burning. When loading the bowl, you want to make sure to avoid packing it too tightly. If you do, no oxygen will make it through, and you will be prevented from getting a good rip. Be sure to pack the bowl nice and full but loose, so it will burn evenly.
Body or neck: The body or neck of the glass pipe provides a safe distance from the mouthpiece to the bowl, allowing enough space to cool down.
Carb Holes: Most cannabis pipes also have a carb hole, which regulates temperature and allows the user to control airflow.
This is the most powerful part of your pipe! The carb hole gives you the power to control exactly how big your rips are, so you don’t end up overdoing it or under doing it. Typically, the carb hole is placed on the left-hand side of the pipe. However, there are pipes with right-sided carb holes.
Carb holes are small enough to be covered by a finger. To use your carb hole, make sure it is covered while you are initially lighting your bowl, and inhaling through the mouthpiece. Once you are satisfied, remove your finger from the carb hole. This will let air rush through the glass pipe, clearing all of the smoke out and finishing your rip.
Things to Consider When Buying a Weed Smoking Pipe
Size
The size of the hand pipe is important for many reasons. The main being the amount of smoke you want along with how discreet of a pipe you’re looking for.
Style
There are many different styles of pipes and having one that you connect with will definitely elevate your session. So pick one that feels comfortable in your hand, is the color(s) you like and delivers the size hit you want.
Durability / Thick Glass
Having a thick glass hand pipe made from quality glass will be a benefit in case you ever drop your pipe. Believe us that day will happen, we’ve done it a few times ourselves.
Price Point

Different Type of Pipe Accessories You May Want to Add
There are many different accessories to consider to go along with your new glass hand pipe. You’ll want to keep it safe and clean and have storage for your herb.
In your cleaning kit you may want to have some pipe bristles to get the resin out of the hard to reach areas along with a cleaning solution like ResRemover that will give your new pipe a bath so it’s fresh and clean like the day you got it.
Screens
Screens are great accessories to make sure you don’t get in chunks of resin in your mouth or caked into your pipe.
Although, as for accessories, grinders are not necessary, having a weed grinder definitely will help your cannabis burn smoother and more efficiently in your smoking pipe. Creating a tasty and lasting session.
Having a rolling tray will definitely help with keeping your space clean and clear of wasting any precious herb. Also, it’s a safe place to lay down your glass smoking pipe.

Glass Weed Pipes FAQ’s
What is a glass weed pipe?
Glass pipes are some of the best things to come out of the stoner world. To be considered a glass marijuana pipe a piece needs four crucial features. Those features are the bowl for weed. The carb. The body, and the mouthpiece. Each of these parts are equally important. We are going to break down each of these sections of a pipe, so you know exactly what a glass hand pipe is!
How to clean a glass weed pipe?
It’s up to you how often to clean a glass pipe. Our tip would be to clean your marijuana pipe after every smoke session.
The more often you clean out your marijuana pipe, the less difficult it will be. Built-up residue can be a pain to remove. If you need to deep clean your glass pipe, you can use a homemade solution with some isopropyl alcohol and some salt, and let your glass piece soak in a bag of a mixture of the two. After soaking, rinse thoroughly multiple times until completely rinsed.
There are also specialty products available made specifically for cleaning cannabis pipes. They make the process as simple as possible. Our Resolution Gel Glass Cleaning Solution or ResRemover Pipe Cleaner are excellent products for cleaning glass pipes..
How are weed pipes made?
Glassblowing is a technique that requires glass to be heated to extreme temperatures of over 2,000 degrees. The glass used in creating custom glass weed pipes comes from heating up a mixture of silicates and sand to an extremely high temperature. Once at this temperature, the sand will start to turn to a molten goop. After forming that goop, glass artists use the proper safety equipment and tools to mold it into the desired shape.
To shape the glass pipe, a glass tube is heated with a torch and is spun, stretched, and molded with a stone block into its desired shape. Often, the glass artist blows into the bowl to give it a more spherical form.
What are the benefits of a glass weed pipe?
When you smoke a bowl there are many benefits. The main benefit that is brought to you from a glass pipe is accessibility. Typically the size of hand pipes is small enough to be brought with you anywhere! You will want to refer to your local laws to find out what is legal around you and not, in terms of having a pipe with you. But the ability to pack pipes up with you, or even to put it in your pocket when you go somewhere is a level of convenience that you won't find with many smoking accessories. Besides something like one of these glass chillums, which is designed for portability.
Another major benefit of having a glass pipe would definitely be owning a unique piece. The amount of options we have when it comes to color, size, and style in our hand pipes collection is honestly a little jaw-dropping. This wide variety to choose from can definitely be considered a benefit. The more options you have, the more likely you are to find that special pipe that is perfect for you.
Are weed pipes good for beginners?
Yes, weed pipes are often recommended for beginners due to their simplicity, portability, and ease of use. They offer a straightforward method of smoking cannabis without the complexities of more advanced devices. It's essential, however, for beginners to learn the proper way to pack and light pipes and to start with small amounts until they understand their tolerance. Always use responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
Do I need a grinder to smoke cannabis from a glass pipe?
No, you don't “need” a grinder when using a smoking pipe, but it's highly recommended. Grinding your cannabis provides a consistent texture, ensuring even burning and a smoother smoking experience. If you don't have a grinder, you can break up the cannabis with your fingers, but this might result in larger chunks that don't burn as evenly. Using grinders also helps to more efficiently utilize the material, as it increases the surface area that gets exposed to the flame or heat.
