Girl Scout Cookies
Girl Scout Cookies, aka GSC is one of the most popular weed strains of all time. Every dispensary has its hands on this indica-dominant hybrid. This strain left us feeling ultra relaxed. But not relaxed in a couch lock kind of way. In more of an uplifting type of way. Also, I won’t lie, I had major munchies with Girl Scout Cookies. Overall I loved the relaxed energy it brought to my night.
Sour Diesel
Ahh Sour D. This is one of my personal favorite strains. It is a straight sativa, and you can instantly feel that to be true. It leaves you feeling energized and ready for an adventure. It has a potent skunky smell that almost lifts me off of my feet. You could almost describe the smell as diesel-like. The high from this strain hit me relatively quickly which was nice, and overall I had a great experience with it.
Mimosa
Did someone say brunch joint? Mimosa is the perfect strain for that. It is a solid hybrid, so you will have a nice relaxing body feeling as well as the energy from a Sativa. It might have been the fast food I ordered but I felt pretty happy on this strain. I noticed an uplift in my mood almost immediately after using it. But then again, one of my friends that ripped the same joint was couch-locked for a while. So maybe this strain is more of a personal experience type of high. In my opinion, they all are so subjective. But a good review can still be very informative!
Jack Herer
Jack Herer sounds like the name of your uncle's weird friend that likes bowling. However, the weed strain is the complete opposite of that! It is your cool uncle’s friend that builds planes and paints a lot. It made me feel very creative, and energetic. Ready to paint or watch something funny. It is a sativa-dominant hybrid, so you are getting the best of both worlds.
Gelato
Gelato the weed strain, tastes nothing like gelato the dessert. However, I like it more than the dessert because it had some noticeable pain-relieving properties. And it got me really high in a nice way. Typically gelato is a strain you would see at a true medical dispensary because it can also help with things like insomnia!
Zaza
What is zaza? The zaza weed strain is one you are sure to remember. Za za weed will leave you sitting on the couch making weird sounds like za and za. Oh zaza. It is actually a fairly new weed strain. So much so that leafly.com doesn’t even have a review of it, and they review everything! But we do know that zaza is a hybrid weed, so just like those other hybrids, you are getting the best of both worlds.
Chem Dawg
Woof woof! Chem dawg is one of the smelliest strains out there. You will be able to smell its presence before you see it, that is for sure. When I hit chem dawg for the first time, I almost greened out! So all first-timers beware, chemdawg is extremely potent. And will definitely get the job done.
Cherry Diesel
Cherry diesel is a very refreshing strain, in the way that it tastes. You can almost taste a fruitiness to it. This strain also has that unique diesel smell to it, which I absolutely love. It definitely left me more energized than it did tire me out. So if you wanted the perfect strain for maybe like a hike, or something adventurous, this is the strain for you.
Purple Haze
Purple haze is aptly named. The purple haze left me in a haze. End review. Jokes aside, this strain is very powerful, and you will feel its effects for quite some time. It’s called Purple Haze, but don’t let that fool you, it is very much a sativa, and will leave you feeling euphoric!
White Widow
White Widow is a heavy hybrid. It is one that you want to share with the group. If you are trying to have a night in, and watch a movie. White widow is going to be the strain for you. It left me feeling curious, and creative. But very laid back. In the end I can confidently say that the white widow strain is one of my favorites.
